First offtake completed

Northern Oil & Gas Australia (NOGA) successfully completes its first cargo offtake.
A total volume of 583,097 bbls (92,643m3 (37 Olympic swimming pools) of crude was transferred from the Northern Endeavour to the British Curlew over a 28hr period.
The last time NE lifted a similar or greater volume than this offtake was June 2014 and August 2012 before that.

In accordance with Regulation 2.4(3) of the Commonwealth Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Safety) Regulations 2009, Woodside Energy Ltd has been deregistered as the operator of the Northern Endeavour facility.
As per Section 1.3 of Upstream Production Solutions Pty Ltd's accepted safety case for the Northern Endeavour - NOGA facility (accepted on 19 April 2016), Upstream Production Solutions Pty Ltd assumes day-to-day management and control of the Northern Endeavour - NOGA facility and its operations as of 12 September 2016.

Northern Oil and Gas Australia Pty Limited (NOGA) is pleased and proud to announce the successful completion of the acquisition of Production Licences AC/L5 and WA-18-L. The effective date of the transaction is 1 July 2015.
NOGA, as a result, is now the 100% equity holder in both Production Licences which contain the producing Laminaria and Corallina oil fields and associated infrastructure, including the now NOGA owned Northern Endeavour FPSO (together the Asset). The Asset is located offshore in the Timor Sea, approximately 550km north-west of Darwin.
